The service

BoopCar is a Windows app that helps car dealerships search car sites with AI and organise the candidates, costs and pending checks for each request.

Subscription and payment

BoopCar is a monthly subscription. The price and what it includes are set out in a written quote before you subscribe. Fees are billed monthly in advance.

You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid.

Your AI account

Searches run on the ChatGPT account or OpenAI API key you connect in the app. Your use of that account is subject to OpenAI’s terms, and any API usage costs are charged by OpenAI to that account.

Acceptable use

Use BoopCar only on sites you are allowed to access, and follow their terms. BoopCar does not bypass logins, blocks or CAPTCHAs, and must not be used to try.

Results

Results are produced by AI from listings published by third parties and can be incomplete or wrong. Confirm availability, price, condition, taxes and paperwork with the seller before any purchase. BoopCar does not buy or sell cars and does not contact sellers.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
